17 year young student smoker, smokes 2 packs per day since 2 years. Right side on and off non pleuritic chest pain since 2 years. Cough and greenish sputum on and off since 2 years
Occasionally coughs up fresh blood but it settles by itself apparently
Exertional SOB class II
Loss of appetite and weight
No clubbing on general examination
Possibilities?
Forgot to mention, No H/o TB or asthma
