3 yrs old boy presented with this skin lesion started by covered both lower limbs then both elbow and face … itchy sometimes…the papules covers both feet last days…painfule…
no fever no joint pain , no h/o of drug intake.
Now on antihistamin and Antibiotics local but not improved…
Please your Dx and Rt…
1-Dermatitis herpetiformis
2-Linear IGA Linear dermatosis
3-bullous systemic lupus erythematous
4- bullous pemphigoid (rare)
5- bullous drug reaction
Linear IgA dermatosis / CBDC. Having said this I think it’s important you describe the lessions, all sites affected, whether or not mucous membranes are affected. It would help come close to the clinical diagnosis before a biopsy and immunofloresce is done.
