A30 ys male brought to emrgency room after a stab wound in epigastric region . he was tachycardic with 5 cm stab wound in epigastric region with small bowel evisceration .taken to OR .for ex lap ,whuch revealed laceration of transverse involve more than 2/3 of colon colon with fecal soiling .penetrating wound to antrior and posterior gastric wall .a n anterior laceration of pancreas at the body with pancreatic Duct transection .how do you repair this injuries.??
