SIGNS OF PREGNANCY

  1. Palmar sign: 4-8 weeks, Regular rhythmic uterine contractions.

  2. Goodell’s Sign: 6th week, Cervix is soft.

  3. Piskacek’s sign: 6-8 weeks, Asymmetric enlargement of uterus

  4. Jacquemier’s / Chadwick sign: 8th week, Dusky hue colouration of vestibule and anterior vaginal wall occurring due to congestion.

  5. Osiander’s sign: 8th week, Pulsation felt in Lateral vaginal fornix.

  6. Hegar’s sign: 6-10 weeks, Body of uterus is enlarged, cervix feels empty.
