40 year age male.presented to ER with Complain of lower andominal pain 02 days .
On exam : there was generilzed abdominal tendernes ,bowel sounds not audible .
USG abdomen : shows dilated gut loops in RIF.
Exploration of pt planned.intraoperative fundings were : * 1 feet gangrenous ileum just 3cm Proximal to ileocecal junction .
