4yr old Fatma weight 15.3 Kg History of abdominal distension 1month progressively increasing in size.
no pain, vomiting or loose motions. Has passed stool yesterday. micturation normal. appetite good. consangious marriage 2 children. no any significant family history.
On examination: vitally stable subvitals normal. chest, CVS, CNS unremarkable. Abdomin: distended, non tender, no prominent veins. Gut sounds audible. Mass palpable in epigastric, right hypochondrium and right lumbar region. firm, smooth surface. DRE: no gush. positive for stool. no blood.
CBC, LFT, urine Dr within normal limits.
Ultrasound: complex huge hypoechoic lesion extending from epigastrium, to hypogastrium.
