on P/ V - reveals passage of clots… The case is immediately taken LSCS …following delivery ,the uterus reveals the below image …all are true regarding above condition except ???
a)The above condition is always clinical diagnosis
b)Malpresentations are common …
C)'DIC,PPH are common
d)seen in primigravida and grand multi ( >4 pregnancies )
B coz abruption doesn’t increase the chances of malpresentation…
