A 45 Years old Patient, Heavey Smoker, Came to My Clinic and Complaining Chest pain,
Read History and See Also ECG,
ECG Shows Posterior Wall Myocardial infarction,
I give him 4 Tablets Clopidogril Stat, Angesid Tablets Sublingual, Aspirin 300mg Stat, and For Pain Toradol Injection,
And Refer him to Cardiology Care Centre For Further Management,
I prefer using phenobarbitone along with antiplatelet instead of aspirin
