A 50 y.o man with cirrhosis due to hepatitis C complaining of abdominal discomfort and confusion

Bibasilar crackles are heard. His serum Na+ level is 127, K+ is 2.9, and creatinine is 1.7 mg/dl. On day 3 of his hospitalization, the serum creatinine Is 3.8 mg/dL.
Urinalysis:
Protein -ve
Glucose -ve
WBCs 4-5/hpf
RBCs 0-1/hpf

Renal USG is normal and the post-void residual urinary volume is <50 ml. He is given IV NS and albumin with no change in his serum creatinine. This patient’s kidney dysfunction can be best corrected by which of the following?
