A 52 year female presents to A&E

A 52-year-old female presents to A&E after a road traffic accident in which she was the driver. She is unable to provide a relevant history but appears distressed.

Vital signs are as follows:

BP: 70/55 mmHg
Pulse: 120/min
RR: 22
SpO2 : 89% on air
On examination, you note hyper-resonance on percussion over the right side of the chest, with associated reduced air entry on auscultation and left-sided tracheal deviation.
