A 52-year-old female patient 4 years post panhysterectomy for uterine cancer

A 52-year-old female patient 4 years post panhysterectomy for uterine cancer. In the last 4 months she complained of abdominal pain and fever. Biopsy: Poorly differentiated serous carcinoma.
We performed omentectomy with tumor mass.
Intraop, tumor mass was located in omentum, mobile and no invasion with adjacent structures.
Any comments on this case and how do you deal with such cases?
