If a 7 week course in medical teaching is done online through a well reputed university, can we claim more than 2 marks in it?

If someone has presented a poster in an international conference 4 or 5 years ago, but they don’t have any evidence of it (lost it) only have a reference of that poster in the official conference book. Can they claim marks for it through this evidence? And if they can get email of the supervisor for that poster project can it work?

Can a logbook from home country in a non training job be used as an evidence to claim marks for it?

Can an online surgical course sponsored by RCS and NHS with certificate be used for claiming marks.
