A women was diagnosed with pcos 3 years back
After 3year she developed hypothyroidism and hyperprolactaenima
Reason of hypothyroidism and is hypothyroidism linked to hyperprolactaenima
High levels of estrogen in pcos stimulate prolactin release while hypothyroidism is due to antibodies targetting thyroid in pcos( hypothesis but not proven).
