Hello dear doctors, This message is a friendly reminder that anyone who joined a seat once via All India/ State/Central University/DNB is legally ineligible to participate in the DNB mopup even if the seat was resigned. It amounts to providing false undertaking and it will be very easy to identify the candidates by merely searching the state allotment lists and checking with institute.
If its found that such joined/joined&resigned candidate has been alloted seats in mopup,we the members on DNB group are willing to crowdfund for legal expenses to debar that person and take him/her to court over submission of false declaration which is punishable by law.
Even though its a friendly reminder,the fatalities joined candidates will face for providing false undertaking will be EXCLUSIVELY LEGAL and consider it as a PROFESSIONAL DEATH SENTENCE.
