All our current PLAB 2 places for 2020 have now been booked. This follows our work over the last few weeks to gradually invite candidates to book their test.
Due to the current UK government guidance on social distancing and safe workplaces, capacity for test places is significantly lower than usual, and places have filled very quickly.
We’ve focused on making sure that refugees and doctors with a job offer in the UK can take PLAB 2 this year. Over 800 other candidates who are currently in the UK have also been able to secure a place.
We understand this continues to be a challenging and uncertain time for those waiting to take PLAB 2. We’re doing everything we can to increase the capacity of our test centre and hope to be able to open additional PLAB 2 spots in the coming months. In October we’ll also release new test dates for 2021.
