Alhumdolillah الحمدالله الحمدالله got our dream score with Allah Almighty’s help. Other score card is of my wife Maria Khan who is my study partner too. She is beyond amazing ماشاءالله. It wouldn’t be possible without her support and motivation at every step. We are Pakistani graduates of year 2017 from SIMS & KEMU. Here is our short experience.

UW twice (system wise with annotations completed in 6 months, timed random completed in 10days)

Nbme 11 and 13 with around 20 mistakes in each
Online -
Nbme 16 - 242 for both (45days before exam)
Uwsa 1 - 262, 269 (30days before exam).
Free Amboss assessment - 268, 264 (20 days before exam)
Uwsa 2 - 262, 264 (12days before exam)
(Didn’t take any other online nbme)
Night before exam we took Zolpidem 10mg and had 6-7 hrs of sound sleep الحمدالله. Took Propranolol 10mg on our way to Prometric to cope with exam day anxiety. Everything went smoothly الحمدالله. Took break after each block. Exam was like solving 7 blocks of UW, a mix of long to short statement Qs more like UW assessments. Finished every block 5mins earlier, Checked the marked ones and moved on.
