This case for 68y male patient with right lobe tumor in need with right hepatectomy with small remnant left lobe 1st stage was done on another center by one of the most qualified colleagues in this field 6 months ago, then the 2nd operation was done today in which we found a small f.l. 1×1cm in segment 3 so resection of this lesion was done with right hepatectomy.
