Rectal cancer 5cm from anal verge ,treatment ?
Apr or sphincter saving surgery (AR)
And sphincter saving surgery for rectal malignancy is not done in
A) Age over 50
B) LN inv
C) Infiltration of lamina propria
More than 4 cm from anal verge ((in these option it can be more than 5 also na ,baring the level of 4-5cm in between ,above 5cm we can do sphincter preserving na)) then why this option is wrong
D) high grade tumour
