Anyone have trouble with their ‘good knee’ whilst going through ACL rehab?

Yep… from compensating.

Yup! And my hips. Having the same issue after ACI, as well. I saw improvement in my good knee as time went on.

My opposite him and foot seem to hurt quite a bit now I’m getting more mobile. 4 months post op

Yes from time to time from compensating

Yes! A year later still have tendonitis / soft facia issues around my knee, calves, hams and quads.

Get some good days, never get a full week pain free

Definitely, left was a full tear had surgery june 2020 w/cadaver achilles graft, right side was a partial from 10 years ago and feels like its getting close to going now. Led to compression of discs in my low back. Just had a L3-L4 Laminectomy 9/22/21. Do your best with physical therapy, listen to your body and watch your gate. Compensation does a ton to the rest of your body.

Best wishes

My good knee is always cracking now. It never used to. Not sure if it’s from all the leg exercises. But my bad knee is almost silent. Lol
