Are Nasal steroids given for ‘Acute’ Sinusitis management ?
Or only for Chronic ?
I guess we use steroids in Allergic Rhinitis.
We don’t use steroids in Acute Sinusitis for sure… Not sure about chronic one

Underlying cause for chronic sinusitis re Allergic rhinitis (Rx: Intranasal steroid and Montelukast)Bacterial infection(Antibiotics like Amoxiclav and steam inhalation)DNS ,polyp(Sx),Asthma(Bronchodilator)
So treat the underlying cause
Some prevention like,Avoid Allergens ,Quit smoking,Avoid frequent headbath,Rinse ur nasal passage wid Saline or use humidifier to Moist ur nasal tissue,Stay hydrated.
