BEST SHOE FOR FIRST YEAR RESIDENCY HECTIC WORK?

I can really understand your pain as I have gone through the same during first year residency… after duty place your feet in leukwarm hot water tub with salt… gives relief
We use crocs in our hospital .but buy the one which doesn’t have holes on top because blood falls from it during surgeries so chose crocs which is covered on the upper part .
People have given their recommendations…i would like to focus your attention more on the problem at hand…it seems like you may have developed Plantar Fascitis…i have suffered from the problem for a long time…do some calf and hamstring stretches after you come back from work…there are many YouTube videos demonstrating the same…hope it helps!!
