CNS the pt was actually stronger than me🤣
With preserved muscle bulk has exagerated knee reflex .abscent ankle down going planter
Discussion about DDX investigations
Station 4 ;
speak to the daughter her father was admitted with chest infection given amoxicillin while he is allergic to penicillin
Now the pt is confused
The surrogate keep asking me &insisting to know when exactly her father will recover 
How he can manage with this confusion
Itold the ER doctor that my father is allergic to that medication how this error happened
Station 5:
middle age lady c/o abdominal pain mainly epigadtric & heart burn had part history of recurrent finger pain in further questioning it was Raynaudes .she is using NSAID
DDx systemic scelerosis
GERD
Bcc2 or with back pain .tiredness .uncontrolled DM.Bp
pt was obese .have history of difficulty getting up and back pain diagnosed as fracture denies any visual problem or skin rash
O/E the pt has no proximal weakness again stronger than me😂
