Sorry to ask this question again. But i am still confused about portfolio, appraisals and revalidation and crest form.

  1. I am working in a non training post. I have been provided with a eportfolio for appraisals and revalidation. That is known as premier IT appraisals and revaliadation eportfolio.
  2. In training jobs, you get a curriculum as well which you have to complete. Is that curriculum an additional job to appraisals/revalidation or similar thing?
  3. Do i need to print CREST form and get it signed manually by my consultant or it can done electronically through eportfolios?

There r 2 things u need to do

  1. Appraisal

  2. Getting Crest form signed

For CREST, u need to read CREST and do things accordingly

1st step would be to set up meeting with supervisor and get guidance

2nd step is to find a colleague who is helpful and can explain everything and take u through these things
