A single booster dose of TT would suffice if last TT was given within 10 years. Here the risk is high. Open fracture making it dirty wound. So Ig can be given in addition but not the complete course
Booster is required at 10 years…At 12 years not sure whether full dose required or not…But Tetanus Ig must be given in condition depicted in the question
