Can anyone please share Timeline of enzymes of Myocardial infarction . I’m very confused after seeing different charts and graphs… Which one is first to rise and etc…
Rise of cardiac markers:

Myoglobin within 1-4 hrs

CK within 2-4 hrs

Troponin within 4-8hrs and its level is directly proportional to muscle damage. Normal in 10 to 14 days.

CK MB within 6-12hrs , peak at 24hrs and normal in 48hrs.
