Day 1

70 year old Known Diabetic on long term routine medical management , reports to his regular Primary care physician ( GP ) , for regular follow up …. He says , he has bilateral testicular pain and has very minimal chest discomfort ( VAYU KUTHTHU as in patient’s terms ) … He has no fever … ECG , normal ….

Primary care physician ( GP ) , after prescribing regular medication advices the patient to consult Medical specialist ( MD , Gen Med ) and Urologist / Gen surgeon at higher centre. …

The patient did not go for specialist consultation as per GP’s advice …. The family members did not give proper attention on patients problem … Neither the patient informed his family members properly …

On day 4 , ( after three days on consulting the GP ) , early morning his symptoms got worse … they family members took the patient to three different private hospitals looking for admission ……. At one hospital they did CT Chest , and informed the family members , it’s Covid19 and further advised the family members to go to GH for admission …. Patient admitted in GH by afternoon on Day 4 …

Patients condition is very ill …

My query here , without RT-PCR test , with CT Chest findings , is it possible to confirm Covid19 …
