Dear Plabbers I was supposed to write Plab 1 in November 2019, then it got pushed to Mar 2020, then June 2020, then all seats got filled in my country for June plab1. All this is because I can’t get my medical college into the GMC PMQ awarding body list and create a GMC account.
I passed OET in May 2019 in a single attempt and I was so happy as I didn’t waste any money on multiple attempts/ IELTS but then found myself in this predicament where I can’t even apply for the Plab exam.
Do you think it’s time I stop this Plab journey and focus on my home country PG? Anybody else in the same boat? Just needed a place to vent.
I also advise future Plabbers to create the GMC account before taking IELTS/OET even if your medical college is listed in the WDOMS list.
