Young female with history of dry cough for 3 months with out fever, no wheez, occasional shortness of breath on exertion, not confirmed about her weight loss. She was married 1 year ago but took divorce as her husband was not attracted to her. She noted him as smoker with some drug addition to cigarette and late hangout with his friends. She was investigated with many usual tests out of which her cxr was normal. She is aware of change in her tongue.
