A 25-year-old female presented with redness of both eyes for 15 days.
She had white nodules with marked circumcorneal congestion in her Left Eye × 12 days.
During the past 1 month, she had recurrent fever and cough lasting for 1–2 days and relieved by symptomatic treatment.

FUNDUS- BE : Within Normal Limit
No Systemic History
No history of any Ocular Surgery
