The above patient 55 yr old had descending colon mass,presentened in ER with signs of acute obstruction
Mass was abutting left kidney,spleen and lateral abdominal wall muscles.
Left hemicolectomy done saving spleen,pancrease,kidney, sup hypogastric plexus done along with high ligation of mesenteric vessels
