Finally court orders out:- No EWS implementation till now!!
Quoting the supreme court order as stated on today’s court case:-
"Observations made by the Madras High Court about seeking the Supreme Court’s approval before implementing the quota for Economically Weaker Sections or EWS in medical and dental courses were set aside by the Supreme Court on Friday, in a reprieve for the union government.
However, Justices DY Chandrachud and BV Nagarathna said it was not setting them aside on the basis of merit but because the lower court should not have made the observations while hearing a contempt petition filed by the DMK.
The Supreme Court also stressed that the case over the reservation policy was still pending before it and it is not giving any opinion on that now."
If u cant fight as petitioner atleast fight by donating for the large sum of fees for such senior lawyers.

Bank statement doesn’t look like this…
Bank statement consists of following things:
1)Proper letterheading +/- a proper letter footing of the bank before the account details
2)Transaction description/narratives/info of source of deposits
3)Cash/Chq/NEFT/UPI ref. no., if any
Neither of the above available…
It looks like a .docx to .pdf converted file, the data may have been taken from bank statement itself, but not the original bank statement…
