Froment’s sign is tested for Ulnar nerve injury, by holding a book between the thumb and other fingers. When an ulnar nerve injury is there, adductor pollicis and first palmar interossei are paralysed. This cause the flexor pollicis longus to function while holding the book in a prominent manner of flexion.
