Got my score so earlier but forgot to post it 
It’s unpredictable and highest than any NBMEs
Did only NBME 15,16,17,18,UWSA1,UWSA2
NBME 15 (offline)… 158 correct 4 months before exam
UWSA1… 220
NBME 16 (online)… 216 
:’( 2 months before exam
Nbme 17 (online)… 213 scoring criteria is very tough though I did more correct than NBME16
NBME 18(online)… 223 …3 weeks before exam
UWSA2… 230 (very difficult)
Overall exam was very very conceptual… Many out of the box questions but thanks to some amazing tips that boosted my score that much in real exam.
