Granuloma Annulare:

Granuloma Annulare: -Was named by Henry Radcliffe Crocker, an English dermatologist of the 19th century.-Its cause is unknown but it can be associated with diabetes mellitus (thyroid and systemic lupus erythematosus are other described associations).-Lesions tend to disappear within 2 years in prepuberty while they tend to persist in older aged patients.-Treatment is generally unsatisfactory but topical, intralesional and oral corticosteroids sometimes work. In our experience, cryotherapy can have good results.
