-We are painfully noticing the burden of a public health threat in the functioning of our economies.

-Amid the coronavirus pandemic, Some countries have tried to go to business back as usual but with the arrival of the second wave of the pandemic to Europe, one can only come to the conclusion that the future of an already challenged livelihood lies on a tight rope ready to break and remains contingent on the woes of a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC - World Health Organization term)

At the same time the process of digitalisation is proceeding at an ever accelerated pace and it becomes more than ever a priority to integrate a multilateral global governance into the digital health pragmatic problematics.
