Hello. Even after trying twice to pay for the INICET form, the application status says unpaid and the money has already been deducted from the account. Has anyone else faced the same issue? If yes, how did you solve it? They are not replying to emails and the number on the website are unreachable. Any help will be highly appreciated!

I did the same but didn’t pay twice ,when I paid once through UPI ,the site got crashed and it showed the payment status incomplete ,so I logged out and logged in the next day the payment status showed complete now ,and I finished the final step .
Same happened with me.
Tried contacting them multiple times without success.
Then after 5 days, I saw an automatic update that payment was successful when I logged in.
i didnt got refund however status got updated
