Hey guys so I’ll do my experience after results but just a heads up for those taking CK soon: loads of immunology! I had been forewarned so I could actually answer them but they are covered in Step 1 UW but v sparse in Step 2! Spattering of anatomy and biochem that I don’t think is worth entire review for the sake a couple but immunology 10-15 questions easily. Included transfusion reactions and allergies etc. Probably 20 + questions!
My exam had v few obvious questions where I was certain of the answer, most had 2-3 reasonable answers.
Drug side effects also heavily tested and a few rare microbes but also prob not worth entire review ok the off chance.
Also a lot of biostats but not too complicated, doable.
3 heart sounds and several ECGs but often you could guess via question stem.
And if in doubt, pick C
