How does state R2 occurring before AIQ R2 affects us sir?
nothing is illegall…if aiq R2 before all states R1 is legal then how come this is illegal
Yes… Its legal… Seats r divided in 50%, after that MCC can only “suggest” states n vice versa, its not like any of them is bound to follow others instructions.
