U will b the direct in line at casualty…the first dr visiting ptnts encounter…clinically basic trauma management & cpr etc should be expected rest is handled by concerned deptt …in sm places medicolegal docu are to b maintained by the EMO as well which wud b say checked by the superior cmo on duty depending on the hosp rules…apart frm this be ready with 4-5 sets of aprons (they get torned by relatives pretty quick)…avoid keeping heavy articles on main table (a frnd was hit by a table lamp ) b in habit of getting a celeb feel ( almost every 2nd ptnt wud make a video of urs or photo citing u as evil ) …apart frm this u will learn more than what sm other counterparts might take 5-6 yrs to learn…best f luck
