Avoid taking rice in lunch, take a lot of salads esp cucumber while lunch and also take a good protein rich diet like egg, paneer , cooked dal…Avoid potato and go for a brief walk 10-15 mins after lunch… It will help you be awake. Also decreasing sugar, packaged food will decrease your need for food every other hour.
