HOW TO DO BRAIN STORMING IN THE TWO MINUTES OUTSIDE THE ROOM

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  1. WHO you are? GP, ER Dr or a hospital registrar (authority and facilities you have)
  2. WHO is your patient? Age (baby, minor, adult, old) and gender
  3. WHO came with the patient? Boyfriend? Authority?
  4. WHERE you are? GP, rural hospital (no facilities) or urban hospital (good facilities)
  5. HOW FAR the hospital? Car or air ambulance/ initiate treatment like Ab or wait for ambulance
  6. HOW is the patient? Stable or unstable
  7. WHAT information provided? VS/ conscious level, investigation result
  8. WHAT is your diagnosis? And DD? Priority for what is more common and what may kill the patient
  9. TO WHOM you will explain? To the patient/ examiner
  10. WHAT are the causes, complications and associations of the diagnosis?
  11. WHAT is the hidden trap?
  12. That is everyone will do, then WHAT should I do?
