How will be DNB MEDICINE in a District Hospital?

Lots of work load
.no exposure to super speciality. Zero academic…good stipend…
There is no such thing like DNB or MD in district hospital 
. Fir se mbbs bana k casualty, fmt , surgery , obg , pedia, skin karwaenge
pretty gud work load
less exposure to super specilty
decent pay stipend mostly
will hav duties also similar 2 medical officers
casulty duties more common
less advaned critical care not like coorprtes
emergcy managemmt caritical care ICU setup may not be advanced
opd free hand will be gud
super specilty postings may be posted in state med collge fr 6m in 2nd yr…
