I am 10 days post op right knee ACL reconstruction ( hamstring graft)and Meniscus repair. When is the time frame you can drive again?
Any CrossFit individuals in here, when we’re you able to go back?
When you are off the strong meds, and when you can comfortably place your foot from gas to break quickly. (I practiced on pretend pedals) it was six weeks for me. I had allograft and autograft
I am in a locked knee brace for 4 weeks so possibly after I take the locked knee brace I can drive. I have my two week follow up on Monday so I will see what my surgeon says
I drove about 2 weeks after but only to places that had curbside pick up. Or with my kids to drop off at school and I didn’t need to get out. It was not comfortable driving for a few weeks.
