I am alloted a seat in dnb this year … if I freeze by depositing fee then I take that seat and can’t upgrade in further rounds …
What happens if I do not pay fee/ do not freeze the seat alloted to me … what happens further ? Am I out from the counselling completely or can I again fill choices in round 2 ??

If u freeze u can’t go further . If u reject u can participate in round 2 . There is no upgrade option.
