Disclosure: I myself have had a tutor in the past who helped me increase 20 points from Step 1 to Step 2 just by learning how to approach questions and studying for 3 weeks (can also give you their contact info, costly but worth it).
With all I learned, I have been helping friends and they have done better with their exams. I would like to WORK on helping others. I will not charge huge amounts of money but it is a job to be a tutor, and it requires time and preparation from my part as well. Hence it is not free (for all the people being disrespectful in the comments).
