Self control can only be gained when you are determined. No third person can help you in that. You have to fight your craving for fb. Determine your schedule and stay focused on your goals.
delete fb frm ur phne or create a new profile and add only study groups
Keep doing that. 24/7. One day u will get bored and stop. Hope it’s not too late by then
U can’t stop doing Facebook…it’s hard! Rather increase study time gradually with doing Facebook in between!
Make a target for every 2" hour… If you can complete it then take a break and get it fb for 15min as complimentary… You can have tea or coffee that time. Then start study immediately after 15 min… Make another target…
Download apps like Forest or stay focused etc… It will temporarily lock your phone when studying…

Put up your login id and password for Facebook here. After that u will never be able to use it again

Switch off your phone. Best thing ever. I used a Nokia handset and a basic Moto phone during my preparation.
Also use apps like Cold turkey 
, app lock, smart lock, these apps lock the apps like Google chrome, YouTube for a specific time every day, automatically.
