I had got a mail from nbe for correction of thumb impression, though i uploaded a new one, the application form is still showing the old one when i had log in later, has anyone faced this problem.

Yes i got a mail tat my application has been edited successfully, nothing regarding d thumb impression in particular, but wen i log in again its showing d older one
and there’s no email address that we can contact to also. I tried all of them failed
Any solution for this, i have been trying to edit this since Dec 3rd
