HELP NEEDED!
I received an email at 3 in the morning to notify me that a new email address and phone number was added to my PayPal account. My original email and phone numbers have been deleted from the PayPal account.
So I am unable to log in to my PayPal or monitor any activity.
PayPal are not taking any phone calls because of a shortage of staff. The phone line keeps asking me to report the issue online. But I am unable to report this online since my account username and password have both been changed.
My bank debit and credit cards are linked to my PayPal.
- Should I call my bank to block both my cards?
- How do I regain access to my PayPal?

- I was able to recover my PayPal account using the secret question and answers.
- I have removed my credit and debit cards from my PayPal account.
