I recently got an offer for ST3 Emergency Medicine. I later received a mail that the interviewing consultant would like to offer me CESR pathway instead of non-training ST3.
I have not written any membership exam and I have worked in non training emergency medicine in my home country for 5 years.
I have tried searching for people in the CESR programme an most seem to be consultants in their home country.
I would like to know if this is a reasonable offer considering my lack of membership exams
And also if there are people in this pathway who were not consultants, could I be guided about this pathway?
