I would study a topic from plab1keys and then answer its questions from plabable
I did this twice for all sections.
Do not waste time on other sources. Just do plab1keys.com and plabable.com twice or thrice and go for it.

For those asking, in my opinion, Plab1keys has made studying for plab 1 much easier, faster and more convenient. It is well organised, updated, with many comparisons, recent recalls, examples and high yield points. Also, it is very convenient to study, time-saving and it is affordable (I guess 20 GBP for 3 months)

Note, plabable is a must! plab1keys is great to master plabable easily. This is only my experience and my opinion!
